Honestly, I’d given up on finding a good restaurant in Turkey. After enough bad meals, I figured the whole country just couldn’t do it. Then I found Sava. The food is excellent, the service is great, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. Istanbul is a culinary wasteland, so finding a place this good feels almost unbelievable. Easily the best
